Terms of Use
By creating an account on Footbridge - Scout Market you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
1. What Footbridge is
Footbridge is a platform where players publish a football CV and recruiters publish trial and detection opportunities. Footbridge is not an agent, not a club, and not an employer. We do not organise trials, do not represent players, and are not party to any agreement reached between users.
2. No verification, no guarantee
Footbridge does not certify agents, scouts, academies, clubs, licences or documents displayed in the app. Users publish their own information. Always verify a recruiter independently before travelling, signing anything, or transferring money. Footbridge never asks for and never handles trial fees between users.
3. Your account
- You must be 16 or older and provide accurate information.
- One person, one account; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Recruiter accounts must describe a real organisation and a real activity.
- You can delete your account at any time from Profile › Settings › Delete Account.
4. Content rules — zero tolerance
You may not publish or send content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexual, violent, fraudulent, spam, or that impersonates another person or organisation. You may not post fake trials, request payment through the platform, or solicit minors. Violations lead to immediate removal and a permanent ban.
Every profile, listing and conversation includes Report and Block controls. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, videos, documents and texts you upload. You grant Footbridge the licence needed to store and display them inside the app and, when you enable a public share link or QR code, on the corresponding public page. You confirm you have the right to share what you upload, including images of other people.
6. Subscriptions
- Footbridge offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions for players and recruiters. Prices are shown inside the app in your local currency before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, according to Apple's policy.
- Free features remain available without a subscription.
7. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload or attack the service, do not use it for anything unlawful, and do not resell access to it.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, with no refund of the current subscription period where permitted by law.
10. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Footbridge is not liable for the conduct of other users, for opportunities that do not materialise, or for any indirect or consequential damage. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
